When she isn’t working or on her mat, she can usually be found chasing around her two boys, working in her yard, going to concerts, hiking or spending time with friends and family.
Christa’s first experience with yoga was early in 2000 when she happened to follow a whim and attend a class at her gym. She instantly fell in love. In 2011, she found herself wanting to try something new (yet again) and found herself at ZenSpot. She never looked back. After 15 years of wanting to become a yoga instructor, she just finished her 200 RYT and will begin her 500 hour training in the next few months.
If asked, Christa will share how she found her solace through her yoga practice. As she follows this journey, she has personally witnessed its powerful force in her life. Her anxiety has gradually reduced and her passion for life returned. She is thrilled and greatly humbled at the opportunity to share this lifestyle with others and continue creating a place of balance, acceptance and love in her sagha community.
